Donivan Barnes was a 26 year old black man that was killed on Friday, October 6, 2023. Andrew David Cook, a 23 year old white man was charged in the killing of Donivan but on Friday, all charges were dropped despite Andrew David Cook confession, his mother confession, Donivan DNA on his truck and other evidence.
