Chiefs vs. Colts

It was great to see the combo of Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce back at it again on Sunday night. The two combined for over 150 yards and a touchdown going against a stingy colts defense.

The big takeaway of the day was the addition of running back Kenneth Walker, who's running style helped the chiefs offense in sync and balanced. If Walker can keep running the ball like he did Sunday night look for the chiefs to be in the mix of a deep playoff hunt later this year.

Saints vs. Ravens

There is nothing like a comeback in a game in which nobody saw coming from a mile away. Well, that is what happen in Baltimore on Sunday afternoon. Lamar Jackson and the ravens looked to be in control of the game the entire way until Tyler Shough and company found life in the fourth quarter.

There is something to be said about the ravens who have talent on every level of their team but fail to close out games like this against opponents that don't match up to them the same. Every year Lamar Jackson is getting older and his window of winning a super bowl is closing as well. We should see how this year will play out for the ravens who have everything in place to win it all this year.

Commanders vs. Cowboys

What looked to be a shootout occurring in Dallas, TX turned out to be yet a very sad situation that NFL fans had to witness Sunday afternoon. Dak Prescott and Jayden Daniels were trading blow for blow early on in the game and then the thing we hate the most happen.

As the commanders were deep in the red zone in cowboys territory, Daniels tried to brace himself falling on the ground as one of his offensive guards stepped on his foot, and in that process dislocated the same elbow he had surgery on last year. It was so bad even Tom Brady had to curse after witnessing the injury himself as a game announcer on live TV.

Not saying that the commanders season is over, but it will be something to keep up with as the season progresses, however the cowboys look good and explosive on offense, the defense however with talent will be something to monitor as well in the season as they face good quarterbacks coming up.

Giants vs. Rams

The Return of NFL all pro Aaron Donald hit America's TV screen on Monday night, and it indeed was a joy to watch. What we expected a game to be, a young up and coming quarterback vs a season vet was short lived. Jaxson Dart, while driving deep into Rams territory came down with an injury to his knee, in which is reported to be an MCL sprain that could possibly end his short lived season.

On the flip side the Matthew Stafford and Davonte Adams connection was live and well as both hooked up for two touchdowns respectively, and the return on Aaron Donald provided spark for a defense that is missing All pro Myles Garrett at the moment. If this team can get back together healthy this year, they will unquestionably the super bowl favorites.
